It adopts nonfat soybean powder as main material to produce all kinds of bean protein food and vegetable meat, which are nutritional and easily absorbed by human body. They look like muscle and have the sense of mastication. Bean protein food is widely applied in many industries, such as can, seasoning, ham, meat, cooking etc.
Process flow:
1 Flour mixer → 2 Vacuum feeder → 3 Double-screw extruder SLG65-F→ 4 Air conveyor → 5 7-layer drier→ 6 Cooling conveyor
