Detailed Product Description
Potato chip process line uses potato starch, corn starch as material to produce fried extrusion potato chips. The main extruder is specially designed for producing fried potato chip, including steaming, kneading, and extruding three steps to make products in best quality . The driving device is inverter for adjustable speed, high automation, small floor space, without boiler.

1 Flour mixer → 2 Single-screw extruder JC-II → 3 Chip/stick cutting machine → 4 Recycling drier→ 5 Automatic fryer → 6 Eight-square seasoner
